Does EccoSuit process payments from the firm’s clients?
No. EccoSuit allows the firm to create invoices, define installments and manually track installment status. Payments from the firm’s end clients are not processed or managed by EccoSuit.
When does subscription billing start?
The firm has 10 days to test the platform. Payment information is added during onboarding, but no charge is made before the end of the trial.
What is included in the Founding Office Plan?

Is there a Client Portal?
The Client Portal is under development and is not yet commercially available for firms. It is not part of the current Founding Office Plan offer.
Does EccoSuit have two-factor authentication?
Technical support for 2FA is on the roadmap, but this feature is not yet commercially available for firms in this launch phase.
